About

Pedro Freitas Silva is a Portuguese photographic artist based in the United Kingdom. Informed by his own lived experience, he is interested in how landscape, social, and political environments shape individuals. Proposing a gap of uncertainty between fact and fiction and influenced by the subject’s phenomenology, he aims to examine the nature of our memories and photography’s inability to organise belief systems by establishing truths.
